Today is Thanksgiving and we have been thinking about all of the things we are thankful for. Specifically we are thinking about the books that we are thankful for.
Some of these are the books that shaped us. Some are the ones that influenced us and made us feel things that were outside of ourselves for the first time. Some are the books that changed us and made us smarter. Some are the books that helped us decide who we wanted to be when we were young. Some let us use our imaginations and grow. Some entertained us and scared us. Some are the books that kept us up at night and kept us thinking until dawn.
These are the books that made us love reading and respect books. These are the books that we will forever love. We didn’t just read these books we lived them.
