Three hundred and six days ago, Julia ran away from home. Abandoning her family, friends, boyfriend, and university plans, she fled with no explanation. She can’t hide forever, though, and now it’s time to face the mess she left behind.
As I was reading this all kinds of things were running through my mind about why Julia ran away, boy I didn’t see that coming. Don’t worry I won’t give it away. What I will say is sometimes when things happen people don’t know what to do and they feel trapped, so that being said Julia did what she felt she had to do.
When Julia comes home who knows what to expect. This is a novella, so it reads quick and the twists and turns happen fast. However, they are very well done and the story is a wonderful set up for the start of this new series.
